Gunjan Jayakar

Gunjan is a seasoned advocate with over 18 years of litigation experience, appearing regularly before the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India. A member of the Bombay Bar Association, she brings deep legal insight and tactical acumen to a broad spectrum of civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes. She holds an LL.M. in International Business Laws from the University of Manchester, U.K. Her core areas of practice include arbitration and mediation, property and succession matters, real estate litigation, corporate and contractual disputes, intellectual property rights enforcement, electricity laws, legal metrology, and regulatory compliance under pharmaceutical, consumer, and cosmetics laws. Gunjan is particularly adept at alternate dispute resolution mechanisms and advising on pre- litigation strategy. She is known for her clarity of thought, persuasive courtroom presence, and a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to complex legal problems.

Varun Kaushik

Varun is a highly experienced transactional lawyer with over 15 years of practice in corporate law, structured finance, M&A, and private equity. He advises companies, funds, start-ups, and founders across fintech, real estate, and emerging sectors on complex investments, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He routinely advises banks, NBFCs, and borrowers on lending transactions, debt restructuring, and securitisation matters. His work blends commercial insight with legal precision, supporting clients through all phases of a deal from structuring and negotiations to execution and regulatory strategy. An alumnus of the University of Mumbai (LL.B.), Varun has developed a reputation for strategic thinking and clarity in advisory roles, often serving as outside general counsel to high-growth businesses. His counsel spans joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, governance frameworks, and compliance-driven execution.
